Asbury Theological Seminary (Alum).

...a community of ordinary and broken people who "love God passionately and love people genuinely."  We place great emphasis on ACCEPTANCE.  Walk in the doors and you will discover a place where you can really be you and pursue a real, genuine connection with God. Words like "real," "genuine" have been used by new friends to describe our community. Authenticity is an important component here.

We all need help to face the challenges of daily living.  Jesus cared for the last, the lowest and the least.  He was stern only with the religious leaders of His day.  A simple invitation from Jesus to "follow me" transformed lives and changed the course of history (His-story).  Lives are still being transformed today.

People often tell our pastor, "Well, I'm not very religious!"  Pastor Nelson's reply is, "I'm not religious either."  Religion is man's effort to get to God. Christianity is about God pursuing a RELATIONSHIP with His created ones!

Most often we hear people say something like this, "I opened the door, walked into the lobby and immediately felt love and acceptance. I've never experienced anything like this before." So it is our hope that you will sense God's love even in the writing of this WELCOME!

Hope to see you soon!
